Kuch dino pehle Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ki likhi hui Ek Post Jiska Unwaan
tha “AHLE HADITH KA TAQLEED PAR AITRAAZ KYON!!” ko Parhne ka Ittifaq hua
aur Inki MAKKARI wa FAREIBKARIYO ko dekh kar bada Afsos hua ke MASLAKI
TA’SUB me Ye Log Kisi bhi HADD tak gir sakte hain.


AITRAAZ:

Chunancha Is Post me Fiqh Hanafi ki Kitab FATAWA SHAMI ke hawale se Ek Ibarat Naqal ki gayi hai: //
“us shakhs par hamare rabb ki lanatein ret(sand) ke zarra(atom) jitni
utre jo hz imam abu hanifa ka farman radd kar deta hai ya nahi maanta
hai” (shami) //



Phir aagey Is Ibarat ki Ghair-Muqallideen ne Yu Tashreeh ki hai:




// kahan jaayen imam sb ke shargird imam muhammad yusuf aur imam
shafai, imam malik aur imam ahmad bin hambal jinhone bahut se maslon me
ikhtelaaf kiya hai aur imam ke farman ko radd kiya hai..


Samjh aayi aapko taqleed ki, aankhen band karke bina tahqeeq ke jo
shakhs imam abu hanifa ki baat na maane us par reit ke zarre ke barabar
khuda ki laanatein utre aur agar koi kahe ki hz imam abu hanifa ka falan
farman Hadith ke khilaaf hai, kya karun to taqleed ka taqaaza hai ki hz
imam ke farman ki tahqeeq hi na karni chahiye khamosh hokar maan lo,
agar na maana to laanaton ki baarish hogi, yah hai taqleed!! //

Ba’z Firqa Ahlul Hadees ke Ulema’ ki taraf se Ulema-e-Deoband ko Is
Ibarat per Sawal Irsaal hua hai. Hum wo Sawal yahan per Naqal kar ke
Iska JAWAB dete hain.


SAWAAL: Agar Charo Imamo me se Kisi Ek Imam ki TAQLEED karein Tab bhi Najaat kahan hai.? Kyonke HANAFI MASLAK ki Mash’hoor Kitab [Durr-e-Mukhtar 1/26; Fatawa Shaami 1/160] me hai: “La’nat ho Hamare Rabb ki Us Shaqs per Reit ke Zarro barabar Jo Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ka Qoul Radd Kar de.”


Ya’ni Shafa’iyo, Malikiyo aur Hanbaliyo per Rabb ki La’nat hogi, Phir
Charo Maslak Barhaqq Kis tarah hue.? Hanafiyo ke Nazdeek sirf wohi Haqq
per hain Baaqi Sab La’nat ke Mustahiq hain.




AL-JAWAB:



(I).. Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jama’t ka IJMA’ hai ke Charo
MASALIK (Hanafi, Shafa’i, Hanbali wa Maliki) Bar-Haqq hain Isliye ke
Charo MASALIK ADILLAH SHAR’IYAH se MUSTANBAT hain. Pas Charo Masalik ka
mauqaf hai ke Wo Khud ko aur Ek doosre ko Barhaqq samajhte hain. Lihaza
Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ka Ye kehna ke Hanafiyo ke nazdeek sirf wohi Haqq per
hain Baqi Sab La’nat ke Mustahiq, HAQEEQAT ke khilaf hone ki wajah se
bohat bada JHOOT hai. Aur Firqa AHlul Hadees ke Barhaqq hone per Hum
Muttafiq Nahi hain Lihaaza LA’NAT padne ki fikr Firqa Ahlul Hadees ko
karni chahiye..


(II).. FIRQA AHL-E-HADEES KI MAKKARI:

Ye Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubarak (rah.) ka Apna ZAATI Qoul hai
Jisko Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Ulema’ aur Juhala’ Apni KHIYANAT wa MAKKARI
me Chhupa dete hain. Humne ooper Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Kisi Jahil ka
Poster aur Unke 3 Ulema’ ki Kitabo ke SCANS lagaye hain aur Kisi ne bhi
Nahi bataya ke Ye Kiska Qoul hai.


Phir Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Juhala’ Jinhone DURR-E-MUKHTAR per Ye
Aitrazi Poster banaya hai Unhone Apne Ulema’ ke Naqsh-e-Qadam per chalte
hue Iska Mukammal Page Nahi lagaya Taa ke Logo’n ko Ye Pata Na Chal
sake ke Ye Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubarak (rah.) ka Apna ZAATI Qoul hai.


Hum Yahan per Mukammal Page ka SCAN Lagaate hain Jis se Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ka Fareib waazeh ho Jaayega.

Kya Is tarah ki KHIYANAT karne ko hi AHL-E-HADEESIYAT kaha jata
hai..? To Phir Bila Shubah Is Firqa ke BAATIL hone me Mujhe Zarrah
barabar bhi Shakk baqi nahi.


Kya Kisi Ghair-Muqallid (Naam Nihaad) Ahle Hadeeth me Himmat hai ke wo Ibne Mubarak (rah.) per Aitraaz kare…?


(III) RADD AUR IKHTILAF ME FARQ:

Abdullah bin Mubarak (rah.), Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ke Shagird
hain aur Unka Ye Qoul Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ke Un Masa’il ke Ta’lluq
se hai Jo Unke Ilm ke mutabiq Ain Qur’an wa Hadees ke mutabiq the aur
Unka Radd karne waala MUSTAHIQ-E-LA’NAT hai Kyonke Wo Asal me Qur’an wa
Hadees ka Radd Kar raha hai.


Yahan per Ye baat bhi Peish-e-Nazar rakhni chahiye ke RADD karna alag cheez hai aur Iqtilaf Karna Alag cheez hai.


RADD: Ya’ni Kisi Mujtahid ki Qur’an wa Hadees ki bunyad per Qayem
kardah Raa’i ko Bilkul hi GHALAT aur BE-BUNYAD keh kar Uska Inkar kar
dena goya ke Qur’an wa Hadees ka Inkar kar dena hai.


IKHTILAF: Ya’ni Ek Mujtahid ka Jisne Qur’an wa
Hadees me Ghour-o-Fikr ke ba’d Jo Raa’i Qayem ki hai Usme SAWAB (Sahih)
aur KHATA’ (Ghalat) ka Ahtemaal (Possibility) samjhte hue Amal karna aur
Mukhalif ki Raa’i ka Ihtiraam karna Ya’ni Ye bhi samjhe ke Mukhalif ki
Raa’i me SAWAB ka Ahtemaal bhi maujood hai.



Imam ABu Yusuf, Imam Muhammad wa Deegar A’immah (rah.) ne Imam Abu
Hanifah (rah.) se Iqtilaf to kiya hai magar Unke Aqwaal Jo Ain Qur’an wa
Hadees ke Mutabiq hain Unka Radd Kar ke Apne Aap ko La’nat ka Mustahiq
Nahi banaya hai.


IBNE MUBARAK (RAHMATULLAHI ALAIH) KI MUKAMMAL NAZM KA TARJUMAH:


Hum Yaha’n per Ibne Mubarak (rah.) ke Mukammal Nazm ka Tarjumah karte
hain (Rough Translation) taa ke Haqeeqat waazeh ho Jaaye, wo farmate
hain:


Imamul Muslimeen Abu Haneefah (raz.) ne Shehro aur Shehriyo ko Zeenat bakhshi;

Ahkaam-e-Qur’an, Aasaar-e-Hadees wa Fiqh se, Jaise Saheefah me Zaboor ki Aayaat ne;

Koofah balke Mashriq wa Maghrib me Inki Nazeer Nahi milti (Ya’ni Roo’-e-Zameen me In Jaisa Koi Nahi);

Aap Ibadat ke liye Musta’ad ho kar Beidari me Ratein aur Khauf-e-Khuda ki wajah se Din me Rozah rakhte;

Unhone Apni Zuban har Bohtan Tarazi se Mehfooz rakhi aur Unke A’izaa’ har Gunah se PAAK rahe;

Aap Lahoo Lu’ab aur Haram Kamo se bache rahe, Razaa-e-Ilaahi ka Husool Aap ka Wazeefah tha;

Imam-e-Azam ke Nuktah Chee’n (Ya’ni Hasideen) Be-Waqoof, Mukhalif-e-Haqq aur Kamzor Dala’il waale hain;

Aise Faqeeh ko Kisi bhi wajah se Takleef dena Kyon kar Jayez hai, Jiske Ilmi Fuyooz Tamam Dunya me Phaile hue hain;

Halaanke Saheeh Rivayat me Lateef Hikmato ke ziman me:

Tamam Log Fiqh (Deen ki Samajh) me Imam Abu Hanifah (Rah.) ki Fiqh ke Muhtaj hain;

Reit ke Zarro barabar Us Shaqs per Allah Ta’la ki LA’NAT ho Jo Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ke Qoul ko Radd kar de. [Muqaddamah Durr-e-Mukhtar Page 14]


Is Mukammal Nazm se ma’loom hua ke Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ke Paas
Apne Qoul per Mazboot, Qawi Qur’ani wa Hadeesi Dala’il hote the aur Inke
Haasideen In Mazboot Dala’il ko Kamzor Dala’il se RADD (Inkar) kar dete
the Goya ke Qur’an wa Hadees ka Inkar Kar dete the.


Ibne Mubarak (rah.) apne Ustaad ke Haalaat wa Kamalaat se Khoob Achhi
tarah Waqif the. Aur Aap ne ye baat Apne Ustaad se Husn-e-Aqeedat,
Josh-e-Muhabbat me ki hai Jisko zyadah se zyadah Ghaloo Fil Haqeeqat se
Ta’beer kiya Ja sakta hai. Aur Aap ne La’nat ki hai to Iski wajah Yehi
ho sakti hai ke Imam Abu Hanifah (rah.) ke Haasideen ne Aap ke Dil ko
bohat dukhaya hoga.


Allamah Zehbi (rah.) ne Ibne Mubarak (rah.) se Ek Qoul naqal kiya
hai: “Log Jab Hazrat Imam (rah.) ka Zikr Buraayi se karte hain to Mujhe
bohat hi Sadmah hota hai aur Mujhe Andeishah hota hai ke Un per Allah ka
Ghazab toot padega.” [Manaqib Liz Zehbi Page 22]



Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Ulema’ wa Juhala’ Hamaare Saamne to kehte hain ke
Hum Imam Sahab (rah.) ka Ihtiraam karte hain Unki Izzat karte hain
waghera waghera Magar Social Sites per dekha gaya hai ke Ye Log Imam Abu
Hanifah (rah.) ko MUSHRIK tak Sabit karne se bhi peeche nahi hain aur
Ye Maine Khud Mushahidah kiya hai.


KHULASAH: Ye Qoul Hazrat Ibne
Mubarak (rah.) ka Apna ZAATI Qoul hai Jisme Unhone Un Mukhalif-e-Haqq
Logo’n per LA’NAT ki hai Jo Apne Kamzor Dala’il se Imam Abu Hanifah
(rah.) ke QAWI Qur’ani wa Hadeesi Dala’il per Qayem kardah Raa’i ka RADD
(inkar) kar dete hain aur Firqa Ahlul Hadees bhi Yehi karte hain
Lihaaza Ye Log Ibne Mubarak (rah.) ki LA’NAT ke Zyadah HAQQDAAR hain.


Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ka Aitraz to Ibne Mubarak (rah.) per hona Chahiye
tha lekin Unke Is ZAATI Qoul ko Tamam Ahnaf per Chaspa (Fit) kar ke
FAREIB wa MAKKARI dikhayi hai.

































Aur Akheer me Is Ghalat Tashreeh ka Jawab dena zaroor chahunga ke
likha hai: //taqleed ka taqaaza hai ki hz imam ke farman ki tahqeeq hi
na karni chahiye khamosh hokar maan lo, agar na maana to laanaton ki
baarish hogi, yah hai taqleed!!//




AL-JAWAB: Taqleed ka aisa Koi Taqaazah Nahi hai ke
Imam Sahab (rah.) ke Qoul ki Tehqeeq Nahi karni chahiye balke Qur’an wa
Hadees ka Taqaazah hai ke NA-AHAL Shaqs ko Tehqeeq Nahi karni chahiye
(Ya’ni Qur’an wa Hadees me apni Raai nahi chalani chahiye) warna wo
JAHANNAM ka Mustahiq banega. Kyonke Hadees me aaya hai ke Jab Koi Shaqs
Baghair Ilm ke (Ya’ni Na-Ahal Shaqs) Qur’an me Kalaam karta hai to Uska
Thikana JAHANNAM hai. [Sunan Abu Dawood]



Aur NA-AHAL sirf AAMI hota hai Jab ke AALIM to Ahal hota hai.. Aur Ahal Logo’n ko TEHQEEQ karne se Kisi ne bhi Nahi roka hai.


Agar Aalim aur Mujtahid Fil Mazhab ko Tehqeeq se roka gaya hai to
Humein wo Qoul dikha dein ke Kaha per Roka gaya hai…..? Ye Sab Ghalat
Fahmiya Taqleed ke Darjaat (Stages) ko Na samajhne ki wajah se Firqa
Ahlul Hadees ne Paida kar rakhi hain.


Hamaare Nazdeek Taqleed me Darjaat maujood hain Ya’ni Alim ki Taqleed
Aami se Alag hoti hai, Jiski Tafseel Maulana Taqi Usmani (DB) ki Kitab TAQLEED KI SHARA’I HAISIYAT me dekhi Ja sakti hai..


Allah Humein DEEN ki Sahih Samajh ata farma aur Firqa Ahl-e-Hadees ke Fitna se Is Ummat ki Hifazat farma. Aameen.
