Qabr ki
Ziyarat ke liye safar karna
Kuch log apni
Nadani aur Kam Ilmi ki wajah se kehte hain ki Qabr ki ziyarat ke liye Safar
karna haram hai. Aisa kehne wale asal me ya to wo log hain jinhone 2-4 hadeesen
padhi aur bas bayan karne lage. Ya phir wo log jinke Dil bimar hain aur wo Haq
Qubul nahi kar sakte. Jinke bare me ALLAH ne farma diya Quran me ki صم بكم عمي فهم لا يرجعون wo Log Andhe hain, Behre hain,
goonge hain isliye Ruju nahi karte.
Lekin ham
apni Awam ke samne unki dalil ka jaiza bhi lenge aur phir mazid dalail bhi pesh
karenge aur ye sabit karenge ki kis tarah munkireen apko Hadees ke naam par
dhoka dete hain. Aaiye sabse pehle unki dalil dekhte hain.
Imam Bukhari
apni Sahih Bukhari me H.no.1139 par Hadees likhte hain
“Hazrat
Abu Saeed Khudri RadiAllaho Anhu Riwayat karte hain ki Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: 3 Masjidon yani Masjid-e-Haram, Masjid-e-Aqsa
aur meri Masjid ke alawa kisi taraf saman-e-safar na bandha jaye.”
Ab is Hadees
ko dalil bana kar Munkireen ye kehte hain ki isliye Qabr ki ziyarat ke liye
safar karna jaiz nahi hai.
To aaiye is
Dalil ka Jaiza lete hain. Is Hadees se sirf 2 hi sense liye jaa sakte hain. 1
Mutlaq aur Dusra jo usi Jins se ho.
1.
Mutlaq: Yani
3 Masjidon ke siva kahin bhi kisi bhi maqsad ke liye kabhi bhi safar nahi kar
sakte.
Aur
ye murad lena muhaal hai warna aap na tijarat ke liye safar kar sakenge, na
kisi rishtedar se milna, na kisi Bimar ki ayadat, na Ilm Hasil karne ka safar,
na ALLAH ki raah me ladne ka, har qism ka safar aap nahi kar sakenge aur zindagi
apki dushwar ho jayegi.
To
Yani Mutlaq maana murad nahi liya jaa sakta.
2.
Usi Jins ko
murad liya Jaye. Yani 3 Masjidon ke siva kisi aur masjid ki taraf safar mat
karo.
Aur aisa
kehna isliye bhi sahih hai kyunki Hadeeson se sabit hai ki Mazkura 3 Masjidon
me yani Masjid-e-Haram, Masjid-e-Nabwi aur Baitul Maqdis me namaz padhne ka
sawab zyada milta hai. Isliye sirf yehi maana murad liya jaa sakta hai. Baqi
kisi bhi maqsad se safar karen to jaiz hai chahe Qabr ki ziyarat ho ya kisi
rishtedar ya buzurg ki ya tijarat ka safar ho.
Aur Munkireen
ne is Hadees se jo sense liya wo ye tha ki “3 Masjidon ke siva kisi Qabr ki
taaraf sfaar mat karo”
Unka Ye Jumla
sunkar hi apko ghalat lagega.
Jaise main
kahun ki mere paas Zaid ke siva koi parinda nahi aaya. To Jumla ghalat lag raha
hai na?
Kyunki Zaid
ki parinde se koi munasibat hi nahi hai. Apas me koi talluq hi nahi hai.
Isi tarah 3
Masijdon ke siva kisi Qabr ki taraf safar mat karo ye Jumla bhi ghalat hai
kyunki Masjid ke mamle me Qabr kahan se beech me aa gayi? Masjid aur Qabr me
apas me koi munasibat nahi hai.
Ya to sirf ye
kaha jaa sakta hai ki 3 Masjidon ke siva kahin bhi safar mat karo kisi bhi taraf
mat karo, aur ye hona possible nahi hai.
Ya sirf ye
kaha jaa sakta hai ki 3 Masjidon ke siva kisi Masjid ki taraf safar mat karo to
ye Jumla apne sense me theek hai. Aur ye possible bhi hai. Lekin beech me Qabr
ko dakhil kar dena kahin se bhi possible nahi hai.
Aur yehi Baat Muhaddiseen bhi likhte hain. Bukhari ki us Hadees
ka Sahih Mafhum bayan karte hue Ibne Hajar Asqalani apni Kitab Fathul Bari
J-3 Pg.65 par likhte hain:
"Lā tushadd al-riḥāl se faqat
masājid murād hain, is kā matlab yeh hai ki namāz (kā ziyādah sawāb ḥāṣil karne
ke liye in tīn masājid ke ilāwā kisī aur masjid kī taraf rukhsat safar na
bandhā jāye. Jahān tak kisī ṣāliḥ buzurg yā azīz raṣhtah dār yā dost kī ziyārat
o mulāqāt kā ta'alluq hai yā ḥuṣūl ʿilm, tijārat aur tafriḥ ke liye safar
ikhtiyār karnā to yeh ḥukm nahīn mein dākhil nahīn."
Itne bade Muhaddis Ibne Hajar Asqalani bhi yehi baat keh rahe hain ki isse murad sirf dusri masjidon ka safar karna mana hai ki zyada sawab ki niyat se kisi aur masjid ka safar na kiya jaye. Baqi dsusri sari ziyaraten aur safar jaiz hain
Aur isi Baat
ka Suboot dusri Hadees me sarahatan maujud hai ki yahan murad sirf Masjid hai
ki 3 Masjidon ke siva kisi aur Masjid ki taraf saman-e-safar na bandho.
Imam Ahmad
apni Musnad me H.no.11609 par Hadees likhte hain.
لَا يَنْبَغِي
لِلْمَطِيِّ أَنْ تَشَدَّ رِحَالُهَ إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ يَنْبَغِي فِيهِ الصَّلَاةُ،
غَيْرَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى، وَ مَسْجِدِي هَذَا
Translation: Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: Kisi Masjid me namaz adaa karne ki gharz se
safar ke liye sawari na itayar ki jaye. Siwae Masjid-e-haram, Masjid-e-Aqsa aur
meri Masjid (Masjid-e-Nabwi) ke
Aur in 3 Masjidon ki taraf safar ki targheeb dene ki wajah ye hai ki Hadeeson se sabit hai ki Kaaba Sharib ke dayre me Namaz ka sawab 1 lakh namaz ke barabar hai, Masjid-e-Nabwi me 1 Namaz ka sawab 50000 ke barabar hai aur Baitul Muqaddas me 1 Namaz ka sawab 25000 ke barabar hai. Iske alawa insan agar kahin aur Namaz padhne ka irada kare aur ye guman kare ki usko zyada sawab milega to uska guman ghalat hai. Isliye kisi aur Masjid ki taraf zyada sawab ki niyat se safar karna mana kiya gaya hai. Is baat ki taeed dusri ek Hadees se bhi hoti hai.
Imam Abu
Yaala apni Musnad me H.no.1326 par likhte hain.
لَا تُشَدُّ رِحَالُ الْمَطِيِّ إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ يُذْكَرُ اللَّهُ فِيهِ
إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ: مَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَمَسْجِدِ الْمَدِينَةِ،
وَبَيْتِ الْمَقْدَسِ
“Translation: Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: ALLAH TA’ALA ka zikr karne ki niyat se kisi masjid ki taraf saman-e-safar na bandha jaye, siwaye in 3 masjidon ke. Masjid-e-Haram, Masjid-e-Madina aur Baitul Maqdis.”
Yani Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne khud hi wazahat farma di hai Hadees me ki yahan kya murad hai aur kiski taraf safar se mana kiya gaya hai. To Jab Khud Nabi Kareem ﷺ ki taraf se wazahat samne aa jaye to phir kisi aur ko koi Haq hi nahi banta ki wo apni taraf se koi naya matlab nikale.
To Yaad rahe ki Mukhalifeen ki di hui dalil se hargiz ye
sabit ho hi nahi sakta ki Qabr ki ziyarat ke liye safar karna mana hai. Balki
Qabr ki ziyarat karna Islam me Mustahab hai aur Hadeeson me iski beshumar dalil
